Buttons - New Start Menu

Creates a new Start Menu button. After defining the entries you
want using the  Menu Editor  and saving to a file, you can edit how the
Start Menu looks using the popup menu from it's drag-bar. You can
also bring up this popup by holding the ctrl key and clicking the
button.
